I was just wondering how good epsons customer service is, for example if my lamp goes out at 1000 hours and it’s past the 90 days, could i get another one since that’s only a pitiful 1/4 of advertised lamp life? And are they hard to deal with? And does ANY projector they sell last up to the advertised lamp life? I’m just trying to find out once and for all if epson is going to be my brand. Id like answers from someone who has experience and has dealt with epson before.

I would like to make a budget studio for photography for freinds and family. Is there any difference between buying a studio lamp from a photography wholesaler and goingto my local hardware store and getting the bits to build my own one? Im on a tight budget and want to play around but to be honest am not entirely sure what i would like to spend my money on. I have a couple of umbrellas at the moment and a reflector.
